We practice the 10 GAAP principles with detail, complexity, and transparency. Our 24/7 state -of- the art software allows you to access your financials with a real time owner portal. You can view cashflows, general ledgers, budgets, comparatives, rent rolls, check registers and more. Annual budgets, Triple Nets and Common Area reconciliation are inclusive of our accounting services. You have full access to your management and accounting teams.

FINANCIAL REPORTING

You will receive comprehensive financial reports monthly and annually. Including all income and expenses, cash flows, budget comparatives and more. We provide supporting documents including invoices and registers. You will receive a narrative of the month’s activity, explanations, variances, and recommendations. Customize reports are available as needed.

MAINTENANCE

Our work order system allows tenants to generate and track work orders requests online. Your management team monitors work orders to ensure work assignment, procurement, workmanship quality and timely completion.

TENANT RETENTION

Tenant retention is key to a successful investment, we ensure you have the best and most qualified tenant utilizing credit checks, credit scores background checks and additional applicant data.
