Closely monitor delinquents, ensure site managers enforce the collection procedures. Review all security deposit settlements prepared by site managers and issue security deposit refunds. Audit on-site tenant files, petty cash, work orders, maintenance files, receipt books, vacant units etc. on a monthly basis. Provide basic tech support for on-site managers with regards to their computers, faxes, cell phones and other electronic equipment. Create calendars and schedules for property operations. Handle disgruntled tenants as needed. Support site personnel with preparation of tenant newsletters and correspondence as needed. Monitor on-site repairs, maintenance work and procedures.
